The unique construction of this mattress, in so much as it has no filling beneath the cover, ensures that nothing can build up inside the cover thus preventing any connection between the mattress and allergies like eczema and asthma. The cover is fully air permeable and unlike any other mattress on the market, the Purflo can be completely washed. Once the cover is removed, all that is left is the aluminium frame. The cover can be machine washed and then refitted.

The hollow nature of this mattress allows for a constant flow of air around the baby which will help to regulate the baby's temperature.

Available in two sizes, the Purflo mattress is made to fit standard Cots (120x60cm) and Cot-Beds (140x70cm) and is designed to accommodate a child of up to 30kg.
